Blue Slip Winery Barrel Room Rental

Our Barrel Room provides a unique atmosphere for your special event. Where else in town can you socialize with your friends and peers amongst wine barrels in a cellar? From an chic bridal luncheon to a festive happy hour our Barrel Room will fit the bill. Treat your client to an unique after dinner wine and dessert experience or to a casual team building luncheon. Whatever your occasion, we hope you will consider Blue Slip Winery for your next event.

Rent:

$ 150.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

Rent covers staffing, insurance, set-up, cleaning, wineglasses and seating for 12 with 2 8ft rectangular tables. (Approximate seating capacity 20).

Additional Cost:

Tables and chairs in addition to what is included above are available at an additional cost.

Chairs: Market price of rental rate plus $ 20.00 handling fee

Table cloths: $ 3.00 each

A special barrel tasting can also be a part of your event at an additional cost

Deposit:

A $ 100.00 deposit is due at least two weeks in advance to hold the room. Deposit will be refunded at the end of the party if no damages occur. In the event the party is called off, the deposit will be fully refunded in full up to 5 days before the party.

Blue Slip Wines:

Blue Slip wines can either be served during your event, left on the table or poured per course. Other outside alcohol can only be served by a caterer who has the required permit.

Blue Slip wines will be discounted 10% during the event and any wines purchased by guests during the evening will also be discounted 10%.

The hosting party may bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages, decorations, linens, music, and tables and chairs.

Catering:

Blue Slip is happy to work with the hosting party to identify a caterer or restaurant that meets their food needs. ( A list of caterers and restaurants will be available soon )
